PCL Building Products Limited is a one stop shop specialising in warm roof construction, garden rooms, SIP panels and SIP panel extensions.

We build and assemble your conservatory roof / extension kit or garden room on our factory floor as per your requirements, then dismantle it, label it up and deliver it to your site. Every roof, extension kit and garden room is tailor made to your requests however complex, providing a quality product that blends seamlessly with your existing property.

Our products are designed to make them as de-skilled as possible with brick slip formers for brick slips to be slipped in, roof and ridge tiles cut to size, pre-positioned nuts and bolts and lots more. All our products are manufactured in-house

We only use industry-recommended, energy-efficient, premium materials.

How it works

• You supply us with the sizes and style of the roof/extension kit you want us to quote you for.
• We will get a price back to you within a few working hours.
• We can supply a 3D CAD drawing on request.
• Once you have agreed on a sale with your customer and carried out a survey to confirm the dimensions and requirements, then just resend the final measurements to our CAD department and we will email you back your final price.
• Then all you have to do is sign off the agreed price and resend it back to us.
• Our CAD department will confirm receipt and organise a delivery date with you.
• We help with survey and build assist, and we are always at the end of the phone to answer any questions.
